Key-ver Beach House is an ideal vacation home situated right on the beach with
the most spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, Niles Channel and Little Palm
Island. Recently renovated, the open living room, kitchen, dining, and sun porch
layout is spacious, airy and comfortable. There are two well appointed bedrooms
and baths. The wraparound porch is a great place to bird watch or have an
evening cocktail. Don’t be surprised if you see a pod of Dolphins passing by.
Throughout the house there are tasteful tropical paintings, nautical charts and sea inspired objects. There are kayaks, bicycles, as well as two large screen TV’s for your entertainment. The protected basin is perfect for a boat and there is room
for your trailer in the driveway. You can’t forget to mention the outdoor shower. It’s the best!
Summerland Key is a special place and spending your Florida vacation in this lovely home is a great way to experience it.

My husband and I have stayed at Keyver House on Calle Bogota twice now. First time was before Hurricane Irma and second time was after Ian. Both times exceeded expectations. The house itself has everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a fully furnished kitchen and an extra room with an additional attached bathroom for visiting guests. Favorite aspects of the house include an updated kitchen with the an open floor plan for amazing views all day and perfect morning sunrises. We really took advantage of the outdoor shower, ice machine, kayaks and bikes. We also were able to sit right on ocean in our provided multicolored comfortable beach chairs. The owners were so personable that we now consider them family friends. No request or need was left unanswered in a quick manner and I can’t wait to return. Some specific things that we’d like to highlight are the close location of the owners son (lives in the house across the street) who was was friendly and always willing to help, the super comfortable bed with the view of the ocean and star views, fast wifi and lastly the overall serenity this perfectly situated location brought

Location location location!! We have been coming to the Keys for many years and know that an ocean front house with a sand beach AND rear canal dockage is a rare find. Looking out over the ocean from the kitchen, living room and bedroom is amazing. We saw so much wildlife, including dolphins, and loved watching the boats come and go. We brought the kids and the quick ride out to the ocean was a life saver and made it easy to get out to some of the best fishing and diving spots in the lower keys. The little ones loved playing in the sand and biking around the island. There are great islands close by that you can kayak to and see lots of underwater creatures. The house itself has everything you need. It's an easy car ride to Key West and Marathon but quiet at the tip of the island. We will definitely be back to the Key-ver Beach House!

I’m a fly fisherman and brought my poling skiff with me for a month to the Key-ver Beach House. I don’t think I could have found a house that was in a better location or a better setup for my time spent in the Keys. The house was absolutely perfect. Water on both sides of the house, I was in heaven. We chose this house primarily for the location, but the house was amazing as well. The inside of the house was very clean and everything was very well kept up with. Kitchen is equipped with everything one would need. 2 coffee makers, for K-cups or traditional style was a nice touch. The sunrises were amazing whether we were sitting inside or out on the patio area. Btw, the patio area is very large and open air. My wife enjoyed sitting in the lawn chairs on the beach in the mornings and afternoons. Great space to wind down for the day watching the boats come in on the Atlantic Ocean side. The house is wide open and very spacious in the living area. Large TV’s made the evenings enjoyable. Large TV in the bedroom also! Both bedrooms were great. The palm room has its own bath, but the other bath is in the hall right across from the other bedroom, so each bedroom essentially has its own bath. The boat dock (canal space) was perfect, just about 20 steps from the house and very convenient. Water and electricity provided right at the dock. It was very convenient to store all my fishing gear and misc items under the house on the first level (laundry room area). So many more great things to say about this house and hosts, but you’ll have to stay and experience for yourselves. The Kievers were very kind hosts and made sure our stay was perfect. Their son Kip, was my main contact as Bud and Grace were in NJ during my stay. Kip always made sure our stay was perfect and tended to any need we had. After our stay, we consider Kip and the Kievers to be our friends and hope to see them again very soon on another visit to their lovely home.
